We hope you love your purchase from Marie & Grace. If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date
• All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be free of deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, makeup, or any other odors
• Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original packaging

Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories
• Intimates

Additional Information

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Marie & Grace does not provide prepaid return labels

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at marieandgrace25@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Return Processing
No return authorization is required. Please securely package your item and include your packing slip with the reason for return.

Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued to the email used at checkout.
