Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is received.
How will I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Once a package is marked as delivered, Marie & Grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit only for eligible returns. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and meet all return requirements.
How do I return an item?
Securely package your item and include your packing slip with the reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after being received. Store credit will be issued via email.
Sizing & Products
How do your items fit?
Sizing may vary by style. We recommend checking product descriptions for fit details or reaching out if you need help choosing a size.
Will you restock sold out items?
Some items may be restocked, but some of our pieces are limited. We recommend grabbing your favorites before they’re gone!
